A: We are a factory, estalibished in 2006,  in Yixing City, Jiangsu Province. With a total land area of 30,000 square meters. Having the full production lines : Knitting-Fabric Treatment-Compositing-Cutting-Sewing-Inspection-Packaging
Q: How to visit your factory? 

A:  (1) By AIR, stopped at Nanjing Lukou International Airport, then around 1 hours' drive;  stopped at Shanghai Pudong Internation airport, then around 2 and half hours drive.

      (2) By TRAIN: stopped at WUXI Railway Station, then around 1 hours by bus; stopped at Hangzhou Railway Station, then transfer by train, will take around 45minutes.

Q: Do you have independent export right?
A: Yes, we have richful export experience and familar with all the exporting process. Could issue all the standard certificate and documents for export.

Q:Do you have any Certificate?

A: Yes, we have BSCI, SGS,  Oeko-tex 100 Standard Certificate, BV or OTHERS as requirement.
Q: What are your main products?
A:  bath mats, Floor mats, doormats, shaggy rugs and carpets, rug pads, carpet underlays, and cushions.
Q: Where are your main markets

A: 3 years ago, European and Americian are our main markets. Now markets have been also  expanding to other 15 countries and areas. Our products are daily necessity, there is no limitation of country. Where there is home, there will be a carpet to decorate.
Q:How can I get samples? Sampling Time?
A: (1) existing sample, will be sent out within 1-2 days

     (2) customized sample. within 2-3 weeks.

Q: How do you control the quality of the products? 

A: Step 1, send quality sample before bulk production, sample approved, then go ahead according to the sample quality. 

    Step 2, in production, each production line has self-inspection system to guarantee to material go to next flows is good. And has professional QC term, who do sampling inspection every day.

    Step 3, Before shipment, send pre-shipment samples with full packaging to customer to final testing the quality, and support to do inspection by third party.

   Step 4,  do order by TRADE ASSURANCE, to guarantee (1)PAYMENT SECURITY (2) QUALITY SECURITY(3)DELIVERY SECURITY.
Q: Do you attend any shows/fairs?

A: In the last few years, we have attended many Fairs, but currently, E-commerce has been a trend, many and many customers prefer to search thing online. And most of customers are from here, so now we prefer to put more energy on our website construction and maintenance.
Q: What are your carpet sizes?

A: could custom any sizes and shapes as customer's requirement as long as the maximum width within 2 meters.

Q: What is the production capacity?

A: Usually 20-25 * 40'HQ container per month.
Q: Hong long is the production time?
A: (1) trial orders, within 1 month

    (2) bulk orders, normally 45-50 days, and 55-60 days in peak season.
